Overview

XTP Solutions is committed to providing high-quality research compounds to qualified buyers. Due to rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Because our products are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) as defined by the FDA, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No-Returns Policy

All sales are final. XTP Solutions does not accept returns of any kind. Due to the specialized handling requirements, regulatory oversight, and quality assurance protocols governing our products, returned items cannot be restocked, resold, or reused.

If you believe you have received an order in error, or if you have concerns about a product before use, please contact our support team immediately at support@xtpsolutions.com to discuss your specific situation.

2. Damage, Loss, and Error Claims Only

In the rare occasion that an order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, you may submit a claim for investigation:

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

- The claim is submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery

- Photographic evidence of damage, missing items, or incorrect product is provided with the claim

- The product was not opened or used (damage claim only)

- The item received does not match the product ordered (incorrect item claim only)

We reserve the right to request additional documentation, including order confirmation, photographs, carrier tracking records, or SDS documentation, before processing any claim.

2.2 How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a damage, loss, or error claim:

1. Email support@xtpsolutions.com with the subject line: "Claim – Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"

2. Include your full name, order number, date of delivery, and a clear description of the issue

3. Attach a video opening the package, in addition to, high-quality photographs showing damage, missing items, or the unopened package with carrier tracking visible

4. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days to confirm receipt and outline next steps

Do not return products without prior written authorization from XTP Solutions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted nor refunded.

2.3 Approved Claims, Resolution Options

Once a claim is approved, XTP Solutions may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

- Replacement shipment of the correct/undamaged product (subject to availability)

- Store credit equal to the product purchase amount (excluding shipping)

- Refund to the original payment method (in limited circumstances only)

Replacement shipments are subject to the same product availability and processing times as standard orders. Refunds, if issued, will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and replacements will not be issued under the following circumstances:

- The customer ordered the incorrect product, quantity, or concentration (customer error)

- The order was refused at delivery or returned to sender due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect address)

- The product was opened, used, or tampered with in any way

- The customer's jurisdiction restricts or prohibits possession or importation of research compounds (buyer's sole responsibility to verify local laws)

- Custom or made-to-order compounds are non-refundable once synthesis has begun

- Claims submitted more than 24 hours after confirmed delivery

- The customer has violated the Research Use Only (RUO) terms or misrepresented the intended use of the product

- Buyer remorse or change of research direction

- Shipment delivered to incorrect address

4. All Sales Are Final, Research Use Only (RUO) Disclaimer

All sales are final and non-refundable except under the limited circumstances described in Section 2. Due to the specialized and regulated nature of our products, and the explicit Research Use Only (RUO) designation as defined by the FDA, refunds are not available for reasons of buyer preference, research changes, or regulatory uncertainty in the buyer's jurisdiction.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this no-returns policy and agree that all purchases are final.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting XTP Solutions to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy and your Terms of Service agreement. We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, shipping confirmations, communications, and compliance documentation. In the event of a chargeback, this documentation will be submitted to the payment processor.

Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may be permanently banned from future purchases, and legal action may be pursued to recover losses.

6. Changes to This Policy

XTP Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your order governs your purchase. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
